Refund policy

Policy Updated: April 30, 2025

Yarn, in its original condition, may be returned for store credit within 60 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping, if applicable. Discontinued and sale yarns are excluded.

All other sales are final.

Subscription boxes with Club KnitWit are not returnable. Cancellation requests for must be received before your billing date (25th of the month) or you will be charged for the following box.
